Shift Manager – Avalon

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members during scheduled shifts
Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
Coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, and bar operations
Manage shift staffing, breaks, and workflow to maintain efficiency
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Support training and coaching of team members
Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and daily reporting
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and company procedures

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Comfortable managing a cashless POS environment and coordinating multiple service areas
