Position Title: Dish & Utility

Reports To: General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Assistant Manager

Position Summary:  Oversees dish station and maintenance of dish machine including sanitization and restaurant . The assistance of receiving and putting up deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down dish area regularly while being compliant with all Health Department regulation

Clean and polish all restaurant supplies used for production and service needs for customers

Wash and store all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment per policy

Verify water temperatures and chemical concentrations while properly cleaning all restaurant supplies

Remove trash from dish area and place in dumpster. Clean and sanitize garbage cans and keep clean liners in cans at all times

Maintain a clean and neat dish area

Assist in preparation of food items as assigned by Kitchen Manager

Clean dining room and common areas as assigned by the GM

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintain a proper uniform at all times

Assist both Management and peers with duties as needed or requested

Demonstrate awareness of costs relative to this position

Report any damage to knives, hand tools, equipment, etc. used to portion, slice, broil, garnish, or used to maintain holding temperatures

Exhibit a high level of professionalism, honesty, and passion at all times while maintaining our company culture

Assist Kitchen Manager and BOH Crew with any prep duties as requested

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Must be able to work schedule shifts assigned each week

Must be able to work weekends and holidays
