Position Title: Line Cook

Reports To: General Manager and Kitchen Manager

Position Summary: Comply with company policies on proper food service handling and an ability to work multiple stations as described (fry station, grill, bun setup, and wrap station).

Responsibilities:

Comply with all recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures

Assemble all menu items as per standard operating procedures and follow all recipes within each station of the kitchen line

Maintain a sanitary workstation

Ensure that sanitation standards are maintained as regulated by Health Department

Report any damage to knives, hand tools, equipment, etc. used to portion, produces or used to maintain holding temperatures within the kitchen

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintain a proper uniform at all times

Assist both Management and peers with duties as needed or requested based on operational needs of the shift and or restaurant

Demonstrate awareness of costs relative to this position

Exhibit a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity while maintaining our company cultureMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 50lbsMust be able to work schedule shifts assigned each weekMust be able to work weekends and holidays

Sub-Position Title: Grill Cook

Reports To: General Manager and Kitchen Manager

Position Summary: Oversees production of all grilled within the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and policies and procedures

Strictly follow all grilling techniques and procedures while producing any menu items as per our recipes

Maintain a sanitary workstation

Ensure that sanitation standards are maintained as regulated by Health Department

Reports any damage to knives, hand tools, etc. used to portion, produce, grill or used to maintain holding temperature.

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintain a proper uniform at all times.

Assist both Management and peers with duties as needed or requested.

Position Title: Prep Cook

Reports To: General Manager and Kitchen Manager

Position Summary: Prepares and measures a variety of hot and cold food items including but not limited to sauces, seasonings, toppings, meats, and cheese as per recipes. The assistance of receiving and putting up deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, chop, dice and/or prep food, sauces and seasonings

 Prepare and portion an extensive variety of cold food items utilizing standardized recipes

 Taste all food prepared to ensure proper flavor, texture, consistency, and established quality standards

 Wash and clean all preparation equipment and counters required for production

 Ensure that sanitation standards are maintained as regulated by Health Department

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintains a proper uniform at all times

Assist both Management and peers with duties as needed or requested

Demonstrate awareness of costs relative to this position

Report any damage to knives, hand tools, equipment, etc. used to portion, produce, or used to maintain holding temperatures

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
