Position Title: Dish & Utility

Reports To: General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Assistant Manager

Position Summary:  Oversees dish station and maintenance of dish machine including sanitization and restaurant . The assistance of receiving and putting up deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down dish area regularly while being compliant with all Health Department regulation

Clean and polish all restaurant supplies used for production and service needs for customers

Wash and store all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment per policy

Verify water temperatures and chemical concentrations while properly cleaning all restaurant supplies

Remove trash from dish area and place in dumpster. Clean and sanitize garbage cans and keep clean liners in cans at all times

Maintain a clean and neat dish area

Assist in preparation of food items as assigned by Kitchen Manager

Clean dining room and common areas as assigned by the GM

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintain a proper uniform at all times

Assist both Management and peers with duties as needed or requested

Demonstrate awareness of costs relative to this position

Report any damage to knives, hand tools, equipment, etc. used to portion, slice, broil, garnish, or used to maintain holding temperatures

Exhibit a high level of professionalism, honesty, and passion at all times while maintaining our company culture

Assist Kitchen Manager and BOH Crew with any prep duties as requested

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Position Title: FOH Crew member

Reports To: General Manager and Assistant Manager

Position Summary: FOH Crew members are the face of our restaurant and responsible for facilitating our guests’ experiences. Crew members responsibilities include ensuring all guests are greeted and warmly welcomed. They take all orders for food and beverages with accuracy and process all transactions. They ensure the restaurant  and our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service with a hospitality and guest service mindset that will help us maintain and attract new customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and organization 

Maintain a clean environment including floors, tables, furniture and restrooms for the team and guests and complete all necessary sidework, both during shift and at the end of the shift

Attend to guests upon entrance with friendly and approachable demeanor 

Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products 

Properly record orders for accuracy and serve orders

Collect corresponding payments for all orders and transaction and process accurately 

Run food and bus tables as needed based on the shift and restaurant needs

Collaborate with other restaurant crew members and kitchen/bar staff

Support the overall guest experience 

Support and complete needed restaurant cleaning to maintain a safe and healthy working environment per Health Department Guidelines 

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive, friendly, and comforting attitude

Position Title: Bartender

Reports To: General Manager and Assistant Manager

Position Summary: Bartenders are the face of the bar experience for our guests. Bartender responsibilities include ensuring our bar is clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality friendly service that will help us maintain and attract new customers.

Responsibilities:

 Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age of 21 years of age

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

 Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to company standards

Restock and replenish bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes

Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations by City and State

Positive and upbeat attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to keep the bar organized and stocked

Position Title: Line Cook

Reports To: General Manager and Kitchen Manager

Position Summary: Comply with company policies on proper food service handling and an ability to work multiple stations as described (fry station, grill, bun setup, and wrap station).

Responsibilities:

Comply with all recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures

Assemble all menu items as per standard operating procedures and follow all recipes within each station of the kitchen line

Maintain a sanitary workstation

Ensure that sanitation standards are maintained as regulated by Health Department

Report any damage to knives, hand tools, equipment, etc. used to portion, produces or used to maintain holding temperatures within the kitchen

Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, chop, dice and/or prep food, sauces and seasonings

 Prepare and portion an extensive variety of cold food items utilizing standardized recipes

 Taste all food prepared to ensure proper flavor, texture, consistency, and established quality standards

 Wash and clean all preparation equipment and counters required for production

 Ensure that sanitation standards are maintained as regulated by Health Department

Comply with standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and maintains a proper uniform at all times
