We have our first confirmed NFA induced baby…the baby was born 7 hours after the mom ate at NFA and was 5 days early.
Congrats to Kyle, mom and their baby boy…all are healthy. Full names were withheld to protect them from the paparazzi.
On a wayyyyyy separate note, we've been testing Hatch Green Chiles for the past couple of weeks and have finally added them as a new topping. While I don't anticipate running out of this topping, because it is fairly new and unique, I can't make any guarantees. They're medium strength…not overly spicy, but enough to let you know they're there. The picture below is a yet to be named "off the menu" burger. It's a double stacked cheeseburger with hatch green chiles and mustard between a toasted inverted Martin's Potato Roll bun.
The catering has been picking up, so thanks to all of you for spreading the word.
Finally, I've seen some early renderings of our potential expansion at the gas station. While very cool, it's still very early. I can't wait to share and will do so as soon as I can.
